Our main objective is to demystify data analytics careers and bridge the gaps for emerging and aspiring data professionals while maintaining a strong focus on building data literacy at grass roots level to identify, shape and build future data leaders .

About the founder.
Ncumisa Hlapo is a Senior Specialist - Business Intelligence Lead. Her experience spans across the retail, banking and healthcare sectors where she has led and contributed to award winning and ground breaking data projects to advance organisations. She is passionate about promoting data literacy and is an advocate for the development of talent in data careers. She is the host the Data Talk Podcast with Ncumisa, where she invite Data Analytics industry leaders to mentor, coach and share tips and information with data analytics career enthusiasts for Data analytics careers advancement. She is an advocate for the representation of women in STEAM careers & leadership. Through her work, she has been recorgnized as a winner in the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans for 2022 and a runner up for the Young Data Analytics Professional of the year 2022 Award. She was also recorgnized as a woman making a positive contribution in healthcare through a feature on the Mail & Guardian Power Of Women Flagship Project for 2022.
